Privacy policy

rocketspace.cc processes account email, login/session data, server configuration, server names, operational logs, support messages, and payment metadata needed to provide hosting and support.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We use infrastructure, email, payment, and accounting providers only as needed to operate the service, process payments, issue documents, keep systems secure, and answer support requests.

Contact support@rocketspace.cc to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your account data. Server files are deleted permanently after the stated grace window if server time is not extended.
