Service

rocketspace.cc provides prepaid game server hosting for supported games. A purchase gives access to the selected server configuration for the selected prepaid duration.

Prepaid time and deletion

When prepaid time ends, the server stops. Server data is kept for a 72-hour grace window. If the server is not extended during that window, all server data is permanently deleted.

Payments and invoices

Prices are based in USD as gross payable amounts unless checkout shows PLN. No separate tax is added in the current checkout flow. Payment is processed by Stripe. To request an invoice or another accounting document, email support@rocketspace.cc with the order identifier and the billing details that must appear on the document. Stripe Checkout does not create that document automatically.
