Refunds and withdrawal

Contact support@rocketspace.cc for refund or withdrawal requests. Requests are reviewed against the service state, time already used, technical failures, and applicable consumer rights.

A refund may reduce or end server time. If a server is no longer paid, it may stop and enter the same 72-hour grace window before permanent data deletion.
